Affordable high-pressure fogging fans to manage heat stress.

 

Several years of research and development in the area of heat stress relief has produced “The Cool Draft Evolution” - the Ultimate High-Pressure Fogging Fan.  This new cooling system can reduce the ambient air temperature by as much as 30 degrees, providing the ultimate benefit of coolness without wetness.

At the heart of the Cool Draft Evolution cooling system is a specially designed high-quality high-pressure pump that provides 800-1000 PSI at very low flow rates.  This system also allows for two satellite units to be attached with quick connects with a high-pressure line to the pump.  Its 24” oscillating fan is rated at 8000 CFM, so it can provide the necessary water volume and forced air velocity to evaporate the “fog” generated by the high-pressure pump.

The Evolution is not just a random pump mounted to a cheap overseas fan like some of our competition. Backed by many years of research and a team of highly-trained engineers, we have designed the HP Evolution using high-tech 3D CAD engineering software and we actually fabricate, metal stamp, powder coat and assemble the Evolution on site.

At the heart of ANY high-pressure misting fan is a pump. This pump is what sets the system's price. Basically, if the fan has a cheap pump, the fan will cost less.

Evolution Specifications:

Pump  .5 Gallon-per-minute Industrial Cat™ pump. The Cat™ pump is the best in the industry backed by a two year unconditional    warranty. Automatic low-pressure shutoff - pump will not run without water pressure. 1000 PSI with 5 micron filter. Operating the system requires standard 110 electricity and a standard garden hose.
Misting Ring  Stainless steel with 6 - .008 anti-drip stainless/brass nozzles. 
Fan   High performance industrial 24 inch oscillating fan with three speeds and produces 8,600 cfm. Totally enclosed motor, permanently lubricated split capacitor. FDA approved white powder coated guard.
Satellite Fans  A satellite fan is a fan equipped with a misting ring and connects to the main fan unit. Our satellite fan will look much like the  master unit without the pump and enclosure. The Evolution has two quick-connect ports to run 1 or 2 satellite fans.

One question we get a lot; How does the satellite fan work?

A satellite fan is a misting fan without a pump. It looks just like the master fan but without the pump. The satellite fan comes with 30 feet of high-pressure misting line and attaches to the back of the master fan.

Basically, the master fan's pump will run the satellite fan's mist. The picture to the right is the back panel of a master fan
