Military Applications
Our high pressure industrial misting systems help solve cooling problems in very hostile and acidic environments. Our military clients use our misting systems in very dry environments much like the ones found in the Middle East and Asia. Our cooling systems help the military not only cool the troops on base, but also are critical in cooling equipment helping keep the equipment operating effectively and efficiently in very hostile environments.

Factory and Warehouse Applications
In large industrial factories and warehouses our misting systems can be ceiling suspended or wall mounted. Any number of our misting fans can be served high pressure water by one central pump module connected to the multiple fans by a high pressure manifold hose. A secondary benefit is dusty environments will have the air cleaned by the fog from the misting fans.

Unsurpassed dust suppression can be achieved through the proper use of ultra fine fog. Independent university studies have shown the key to successful dust suppression is the controlled application of water droplets no larger than 10 microns, produced under high pressure. Dust particles are trapped, without ever wetting materials or the ground.

Refineries
Refineries have huge open spaces where workers are constantly working in hot environments. Cool Draft steps in and creates ‘cool zones’ for those workers. Refinery workers are able to step in our cool areas to help lower their body temperatures dramatically. Instead of being forced to go inside every few minutes to cool off our systems allow the worker to be on the specific job site for prolonged periods of time thus increasing productivity while reducing safety concerns at the same time.

Process Cooling
Our systems are used to produce dramatic results reducing cooling times for castings or other hot products. The improved cooling time is a result of enhanced heat transfer, achieved due to fog's evaporative cooling effect and boundary layer disturbances. We are able to saturate the air stream with air aspirated fog directed at the hot surfaces. Typically, the process cooling is delivered through a controlled staging process. These systems are custom designed to specific needs and application.

Livestock
During hot summer months it is absolutely vital to keep animals cool and safe from the heat. The combination of humidity and heat may not allow livestock to shed their extreme body heat. Cool Draft uses a variety of systems to solve these problems.
