has been producing patented misting systems since 1995. This experience has
produced the “Evolution series". By adding a super fine mist (10
Micron or smaller) to a 6,000 CFM directed airflow, the unit can cool
ambient air temperature in an area by as much as 30 degrees. Even in areas
of higher humidity, our system is able to cool without wetting.
One of the
most impressive features of the Evolution system is its ability to deliver
high pressure mist to up to two additional Evolution Satellite Fans
(See Below) which are attached by quick connects and a 25' high-pressure
line to the main Evolution fancart misting pump.
The
industrial grade 1000 PSI pump system has been designed with only the
highest quality components. They are also equipped with a low-pressure water
sensor so that unit can never be damaged due to being run "dry" and 5 Micron
filtration to keeping nozzles virtually maintenance free. The cart is
outfitted with
oversized rubber wheels for easy transport over uneven terrain.

The Evolution Blue™ Systems are the
ultimate high-pressure fogging fans on the market that can reduce the ambient
air temperature by as much as 30 degrees, providing the ultimate benefit of
coolness without wetness. At the heart of the CB24 & CB30 Cool Blue™ cooling
system is a specially designed high-quality high pressure pump that provides
800-1000 PSI at very low flow rates. The system also allows for two satellite
units to be attached to the main unit. This is a high-pressure line with quick
connects. Its oscillating fan provides the necessary forced air velocity to
evaporate the “fog” generated by the high pressure pump. Affordable

High Pressure Misting
Systems
High-Pressure Misting Systems operate between 800 and 1200 psi (pounds per
square inch) of water pressure. A High- Pressure Pump is the heart of the
misting system and is utilized to increase the pressure of the water flow.
Droplets of water the size of 10 microns or smaller are forced through an air
stream. As the micron water droplets “flash evaporate” they pick up heat from
the air, which significantly drops the temperature between 25 and 35 degrees
Fahrenheit, without making you wet.
What is Flash
Evaporation?
Flash evaporation occurs when water is forced through micro nozzles, creating a
super fine mist. The smaller each water droplet, the more surface area per
gallon of water and the more effectively the water evaporates. As the super-fine
water droplets are introduced into the atmosphere, they quickly absorb the heat
present in the environment and evaporate, hence the air is cooled.
